Great quality and aesthetically pleasing <3
First order and it went great, I am local so being able to pick these up saved me a lot of time and shipping costs! Lia was so great and accommodating! The jars are so great too, perfect for my small candle business!
I love my 8 oz amber vessel!!
I’m so impressed with the quality of these amber jars. Each one arrived in flawless condition — no chips, no scratches, no surprises. You can tell they’re carefully inspected before shipping, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
Customer service was exceptional as well. Every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, and the seller truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order.
Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be purchasing again!
everything from ordering to final delivery is seamless. Creators Journey takes so much care in every step. Love supporting this company!
A nice, functional and elegant jar that we have in our line and love.
Love these have been using them for the past six mobths and absolutely love
Ordered the amber jars with gold lids for my holiday collection and they are perfect. The customer service and shipping is amazing as usual!
My favourite amber jars. One of the only companies I have found where the lids fit perfectly on the jar with no extra space. As always, the best customer service :)
I have purchased vessels from Creators Journey multiple times and am always so happy with the level of service, quality of product, and shipping speed. Highly recommend!!
First off, I love to be able to support a small business and make my candles with supplies purchased within Ontario (and for a competitive price at that)! The jars are always packed so carefully so they don't break during shipping. All my orders also come with thoughtful handwritten notes which is such a nice touch. I've received so many compliments on my candles since I switched to the smoke jars!
I was buying my amber jars in another company before that, and i must say i am so happy to have switched. Those one are way better, lids are actually fitting good and not screwing half way like some others. Matte black lids are stunning ! Customer service is on point and delivery is fairly price and super fast. My new favorite supplier.
I always used the amber jar with the glossy black lid but I decided to try the matte black lid and they are beautiful!!!
Can’t beat the customer service here. Amazing to deal with and local! I will be buying again.
