Purchase Options Policy

From time to time, Creators Journey may offer products for purchase through special purchase options, such as pre-orders. This policy explains how those purchase options work.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it arrives at our warehouse or becomes available for immediate shipment.

Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided in good faith based on information received from our suppliers. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be handled according to the shipping information provided on the product page or at checkout. Where applicable, orders may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has entered processing or before inventory has been allocated to your order.

Once a pre-order has entered processing or inventory has been allocated, it may no longer be cancelled.

After your pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund using your original method of payment.

Future Purchase Options

If Creators Journey introduces additional purchase options, such as subscriptions or other recurring purchase programs, this policy will be updated to reflect the applicable terms.
