Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all of our in-stock products (excluding the Flawed & Fabulous collection) within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sellable condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact info@creatorsjourney.ca to acquire return authorization. Freight is non-refundable. Returns will be shipped back to Creators Journey at the expense of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on products that we no longer sell or have in-stock.

Order Cancellations

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, though the actual amount of time will vary depending upon the volume of orders at that time. Orders will not be packed or processed on the weekend. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order is shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order and you should now contact info@creatorsjourney.ca to acquire return authorization. Returns will be shipped back to Creators Journey at the expense of the customer. Please note that this does not apply to wholesale or custom orders.

Damages and Issues - Does not apply to the Flawed & Fabulous Collection
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can look into the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of the item(s) and the packing slip and email us at info@creatorsjourney.com. Once the photos are received, we will send a corrected package to you free of charge. All claims must be made within five days of receipt of product according to the tracking information provided.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount of your order less return shipping fees (if applicable) and a 15% restocking fee on your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.

Wholesale or Custom Orders

Please note that wholesale and custom orders are processed differently and require up front payment in full. Once a wholesale or custom order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
