Shipping policy
Once your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Your order may ship in multiple packages. If you receive part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to arrive. Please remember that inclement weather could further delay your delivery.
When shipping your order, Creators Journey Inc reserves the right to select an alternative shipping provider should your original shipping method have a 5%+ increased cost to what you originally paid, while reasonably trying to maintain the original shipping timeline selected.
Regardless of which shipping method you choose, once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipping provider. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping provider referenced in your shipping confirmation. Additionally, if the shipping provider is unable to recover your package, please reach out to the shipping provider's Customer Service to start a claim. Creators Journey is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or missing packages due to incorrect shipping information or negligence or misconduct by the shipping provider. Replacement of lost or damaged items is at the sole discretion of Creators Journey.
If you choose one of our shipping providers, you can track your order by following the tracking link we send via email when your package ships. If you chose your own shipping provider, you can track your order using the PIN/Tracking ID on the shipping label you provided. Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package.
